• What is the Agent Communications Panel (ACP)? The Agent Communications Panel (ACP) is a product release by the Office Communication Services (OCS) team. It works with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2. The OCS release of the ACP is an application add-in to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. It enables contact center and call center agents to manage their communications (make calls, receive calls, conference, and chat) from their Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. The Agent Communications Panel is an XAML browser application (XBAP). It is published to a Web server and opened from a Web browser.

• How much does the ACP cost? The ACP is a free download. To learn more, go to the Microsoft download center here:

• Is the ACP supported? Yes, the ACP is fully supported by the OCS team. To learn more please visit the MS downloads site above.

• Is there a marketing BOM for the OCS release of the ACP? No, the OCS team is not releasing any marketing materials for the ACP. The OCS team has released technical documentation on the download site. Nothing more will be released.

• Is the ACP available only in English? Yes, the ACP is only released in English. There are no plans to release the ACP in any other languages; and setup requires English-US.
